I believe every company and individual should be able to have their own websites. I love WordPress for its ease and flexibility for people who don’t know how to code, but there are downsides too. WordPress is not secure in its default setup and often falls victim to malware.

WordPress is a modular platform where many 3rd party themes and plugins can be installed to improve the design or enhance the functionality of your website. It is the most popular content management system (CMS) today and is used by millions of websites around the world. As a result, it is a popular target for hackers.

Because of its open design, WordPress requires maintenance to stay secure. Keeping WordPress updated is critical because the updates include security patches that fix vulnerabilities hackers could otherwise exploit. Furthermore, WordPress runs on web servers that also require maintenance and optimization to keep out hackers.

However, not everyone has the time or ability to optimize a system to make it as safe as possible. It takes a lot of time and years of learning to do it right. That’s why I offer my experience to anyone who needs help. I am doing this because I know how frustrating it is to get your website hacked and not know how to fix it.
